What we collect
When you claim the free checklist we collect the first name, last name, business email address, business name and optional mobile number you enter, along with your answers to the two yes-or-no questions about whether you have an EIN and whether your business is registered, and your answer to the separate text-message consent box. Those two business questions are informational only and are never a condition of receiving the checklist. When you send a contact message we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and the message itself. When you request a consultation we collect your name, email, optional phone and details about your business. When you buy a digital product, payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never seen by or stored on this site.
Email and text message consent are separate
The text-message box starts unchecked and is never required to receive the free checklist. If you tick it we may text you about funding preparation; message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. If you do not tick it, we will not text you for marketing. Business email updates are only sent to people who ask for them, and every one of them carries an unsubscribe link.
Why we collect it
To give you the checklist you asked for, to answer the message you sent, to deliver the products you bought and their receipts, and to improve which parts of the funnel are useful. We do not sell your details, and we do not rent or share your email list with anyone.
Who processes it
This site runs on Vulken, which hosts the pages, stores the records, delivers the email and provides the visitor analytics that measure page visits for the owner. Card payments are processed by Stripe on the site owner’s own account. Each of these providers processes data only to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
Checklist claims and contact messages are kept while they remain useful for support and record-keeping. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask for your record to be deleted at any time.
Your choices
Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops the funding notes immediately. You can reply STOP to any marketing text. You can ask us to correct or delete the details we hold by calling 786-541-5095 or sending a message through the contact page.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses a small amount of measurement to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not build an advertising profile of you, and nothing here requires a consent banner under current US state privacy law.
