What this site is
Certified Rich Empire LLC publishes business funding education: a free checklist, and three optional digital products that expand on it. This site is not a lender, a broker, a credit repair organization, or a provider of legal, tax or investment advice.
No guarantee of funding
Nothing here promises that you will be approved, or states an amount, rate or term you will be offered. Lending decisions belong entirely to each lender and depend on facts about your business that we do not control. Testimonials and examples describe experience, not outcomes you should expect.
Digital products and delivery
Each of the three upgrades is a one-time purchase, delivered digitally. You receive a download link and a receipt by email after checkout. Nothing on this site is a subscription, and no recurring charge is created by buying an upgrade. A product is only offered for sale once its file or training content is actually ready and attached; until then it is shown as not available and no payment can be taken for it. The free checklist is always free and never requires a purchase.
Refunds
Refund terms are shown on each offer page before you buy. Because the products are delivered instantly and in full, sales are final once the download has been accessed. If a file will not open, or you were charged twice, or you were charged for something you did not receive, contact us and we will correct it promptly or refund the charge.
Declining an offer
Every paid offer can be declined on the spot. Declining never interrupts, delays or revokes the free checklist, and it never interrupts access to anything you have already bought. No product is ever added to your order without you accepting it, and nothing is charged automatically at any step of the funnel.
Text messages
Marketing text messages are only sent to people who separately and explicitly agreed to receive them. That consent is never a condition of receiving the free checklist. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop marketing texts.
Your conduct
Do not copy, resell or redistribute the checklist or the paid products, and do not represent them as your own. They are licensed to you for your own business use.
Limitation of liability
The material on this site is provided as education and without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Certified Rich Empire LLC is not liable for decisions you make, or outcomes you experience, based on it.
